The Malagueta House – The Studio

TERMS:

accommodation: Double bed for 2 guests.
sofa bed: supplement 20% Price per night (free for children under 10 years).
Expenses and VAT. Possible supplements are not included in the price and must be paid separately.
Reservations and Payments: booking payment is required in advance through:
Debit/credit cards;
PayPal;
Wire transfer;
Electronic payment platforms: Bizum and Satispay.

Cancellation Accommodation: cancellation is allowed to return completely (excluding any charges for the payment) until 14 days before the date of entry; cancellation with refund of 50% (excluding any charges for the payment) between 14 and 7 days before the date of entry.
Entry: 15:00 – 20:00 hrs; arrivals after the established time and without notice carry an extra charge of 15 €.
Departure: within 12:00 hrs.
Expected arrival time: Guests must communicate your expected arrival time in advance by contacting the establishment.
Booking Confirmation: Once the reservation is made, the establishment will send an email with information about key collection, the location of accommodation and other matters of interest.
Cleaning: guests have to leave the house reasonably clean and tidy; otherwise they will be charged € 30 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit: Upon arrival guests will be kindly requested for a deposit of 100 € cash to ensure damage affecting the house and furniture / accessories, which will be returned upon departure, except in cases of proven damages. In case of departures before 7 in the morning, The deposit will be refund by bank transfer so that staff can check the status of the apartment.
Pets: no pets allowed.
Behavior at home: parties are not allowed, no loud music and, in general, noise that might disturb neighbors, especially during rest hours (14:00-16.30 and 23:00-08:00 hrs). It is forbidden to leave conditioning air, lights and any electrical appliance while guests are out of the studio flat. At La Casita Malagueta we try to take care of the environment by promoting responsible use of air conditioning with temperatures that in summer are not lower than 27 degrees as long as they do not exceed 19 degrees in winter (in compliance with the provisions of the Royal Decree-law 14/2022 . 1 of August, that compiles energy saving and efficiency standards in the face of the current crisis in the energy sector)
