Residenza d’epoca Lina – Giovanna apartment

Located in the old town of Brisighella, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in Emilia Romagna – Region, Residenza d'Epoca Lina is a magnificent apartment located on the second floor of a historic building of convent origin dating back to the beginning of the 17th century.. As it is a building protected by the Italian Directorate of Fine Arts and Cultural Heritage, it does not have an elevator or access adapted for the disabled.
The apartment has all the comforts to enjoy a holiday immersed in the quiet of the countryside Romagna between sweet and green hills and excellent olive groves, ideal for long and spectacular both cycling and hiking routes. Residenza d'epoca Lina has a parking space in the common courtyard of the building.
In addition to the renowned extra virgin oil, the gastronomic offer of the territory is first level with the typical pasta made by hand, the delights of sausages and cheeses, meats and Sangiovese wine.
Brisighella is only 60 km from Bologna and 90 Km from Florence, both connected with train service from the same town of Brisighella. In addition and always with rail connection service, just at about 50 km are both the beautiful city of Ravenna with its prestigious tradition of mosaic art, and some of the best-known beach towns on the Adriatic Sea, as Rimini, Cervia and Riccione. Bologna and Forlí airports are located at about 70 Km y 30 km respectively, both connected with public transport services by train/shuttle/bus.

TERMS:

accommodation: Double bed for 2 guests.
Double sofa bed for up to 2 guests more: supplement 20% of the price per night for each added guest up to a maximum of 2 (free for children under 10 years).
Supplies and VAT included. Possible supplements are not included in the price and must be paid separately.
Reservations and Payments: booking payment is required in advance through:

Debit/credit cards;
PayPal (immediate reservation);
Wire transfer;
Electronic payment platforms: Bizum and Satispay.

Reservation Cancellation: cancellation is allowed to return completely (excluding any charges for the payment) until 14 days before the date of entry; cancellation with refund of 50% (excluding any charges for the payment) between 14 and 7 days before the date of entry.
Entry: 14:00 – 20:00 hrs; arrivals after the established time and without notice carry an extra charge of 15 €.
Departure: within 11:00 hrs.
Expected arrival time: Guests must communicate your expected arrival time in advance by contacting the establishment.
Booking Confirmation: Once the reservation is made, the establishment will send an email with information about key collection, the location of accommodation and other matters of interest.
Cleaning: guests have to leave the house reasonably clean and tidy, especially with regard to the kitchen and household items; otherwise they will be charged € 30 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit: Upon arrival guests will be kindly requested for a deposit of 100 € cash to ensure damage affecting the house and furniture / accessories, which will be returned upon departure, except in cases of proven damages. In case of departures before 7 in the morning, The deposit will be refund by bank transfer so that staff can check the status of the apartment.
Pets: no pets allowed.
Behavior at home: smoking is strictly prohibited and parties and loud music are not allowed and, in general, noises that may disturb the neighbors, especially during off hours (13:00-15.30 and 22:00-07:00 hrs). It is forbidden to leave the lights and any electrical device on while the guests are out of the apartment. At Residenza d'epoca Lina we try to take care of the environment by promoting responsible use of heating. For this reason and considering the topicality of this matter today, It is strictly forbidden to raise the temperatures in the house to more than 19/20 degrees and otherwise extra expenses can be applied.
